This order is for 1/2 dozen homemade organic sourdough cookies.

Fermented 24 hours and baked to perfection, making for a delicious treat and easily digestible grain

These cookies are made with organic high quality ingredients and Unrefined sugar.

These fermented cookies are large, with chopped dark chocolate, and dusted with flakes of sea salt.

*Each batch of cookies are made to order and shipped Priority Air at the beginning of the week Monday through Wednesday, so that they do not get stuck in the mail over the weekend. With sourdough, it tastes better as it ages, and these cookies on day 3 taste amazing!

Care and instructions: Upon arrival, you can freeze the cookies for 10-15 minutes in their package and the chocolate will harden back up. They taste great from frozen, or you can let them sit out on the counter, the fridge, or microwave for 20 seconds to melt the chocolate again for a warm delicious cookie.
